Wagyu Hamburg Steak | Tochigi Kuronoki Wagyu | Oyaji’s Hamburg

The legendary restaurant Moka Yamiichi, once known as Tochigi’s top meat haven, closed on January 7, 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Determined to revive its beloved handmade hamburg steak, we opened Oyaji’s Hamburg, a takeout specialty shop in Haga Town with generous support from Mr. MK. Later, we were invited by the mayor of Ichikai to relocate to Michi-no-Eki Sashiba-no-Sato Ichikai’s Food Processing Hall, where we are now serving customers.

We strive to provide food that delights both body and soul. We are committed to authentic flavors and safe, carefully sourced ingredients to convey the true value of food.
