The Story of the Moka Night Market
On April 7, 2018, as a pre‑event for the Paris Festival, we co‑hosted a Daniel Vidal concert at the Iwashita New Ginger Museum. After the Gunma performance on the 8th and an event at Tokyo International Forum on the 9th, she also visited the Moka Night Market on the 10th.
A staircase platter of rare Matsusaka beef cuts (7‑step / 11‑step / 18‑step), made possible by purchasing entire cattle.
Certified as the first official Matsusaka beef designated restaurant among restaurants in Tochigi Prefecture.
Won a category prize and an excellence award at “On the Tochigi 2018”.
We had a stall at the Wagyu Expo held in Shinjuku Gyoen, and were featured on Nippon TV’s “ZIP!” and other media.
Asahiya Publishing’s “Yakiniku Menu Dictionary” introduced our “Rare 7‑Cut Staircase Platter” and “Family Platter with Matsusaka Beef”.
Our “Tochiotome Ramen” was featured in the Yomiuri Shimbun Sunday edition.
