Praised as “the meat sanctuary of Tochigi” while located in Moka, the beloved Moka Yamiichi closed on January 7, 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Wanting to revive the beloved handmade hamburg steaks once served there, with great support from Mr. MK, we first opened a takeout specialty shop “Oyaji no Hamburg” in Haga Town. Later, we were invited by the Mayor of Ichikai Town to relocate to the Michi-no-Eki Sashiba no Sato Ichikai Agricultural Processing Center, where we continue our operations today.
