Origin of the name
These prawns are raised in a location known as the “island closest to heaven”,
a region blessed with some of the world’s most stunning seas.
The brand name “Angel Prawn” reflects this pristine environment,
and the area is also registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its coral reefs.
Where are they produced?
They come from New Caledonia, a French overseas territory in the South Pacific.
This area is famous for its white sandy beaches, abundant marine life,
and one of the largest shallow-water lagoons in the world,
making it a popular scuba diving destination.
World-class quality
The Angel Prawn is the only prawn in the world to receive the prestigious
QUALICERT certification from France, known for its strict food standards.
It truly represents the highest grade of prawns in the world.
