Same-Day Orders
For made-to-order items placed on the same day, please allow extra preparation time.

We also accept same-day reservations.
Please call about 20 minutes before your pickup time.
For large orders (10+ items, please call 60 minutes prior) and for peak times on weekends,
we appreciate reservations at least 30 minutes in advance.

Conference / Banquet Menus & Orders of 20+ Items — Deadlines, Changes & Cancellations

■ For bento reservations/changes/cancellations, please call us by 4:00 PM on the previous day.
We do not accept reservations/changes/cancellations via the website inquiry form.

■ For orders of 20+ items, please reserve by 5:00 PM two days in advance.

■ Conference/banquet bentos should also be reserved at least two days in advance.

■ Cancellations made after 4:00 PM on the day of pickup will incur a 100% charge of the reserved amount. Thank you for your understanding.

For corporate customers wishing to pay by invoice, please consult us directly.
*Bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.
*We do not issue paper receipts.

Regular Closing Day: Please check with the store. Closed on Thursdays. We may open on Thursdays if the Michi-no-Eki is open (subject to quantity and consultation).

Additional Notes

■ On days with high demand, we may decline orders if we reach our production capacity.

■ Please enjoy your items as soon as possible after pickup.

■ Our bentos are not designed for extended shelf life. For eating after a long interval or for takeaway storage,
please do so at your own discretion.

■ Ingredients may change depending on the season and procurement conditions.

■ Bento boxes use disposable containers.

■ Containers may be substituted due to circumstances.

■ To ensure constant safety and quality, we may decline very large orders if maintaining quality becomes difficult.

■ Some items may contain allergens such as egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, crab, shrimp, etc.

We take the utmost care to prevent cross-contamination during cooking and plating,
but it cannot be guaranteed.
Customers with severe or highly sensitive allergies should proceed with full understanding and caution.

■ We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and strictly manage customer data.

■ We do not sell alcoholic beverages to persons under 20 years of age.
